This lightweight cotton is perfect for shirts, blouses/tops, sleepwear and home furnishing projects. It has a soft handle and is semi-opaque, so dresses and skirts would require a lining underneath. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of this fabric, minor imperfections in the weave such as slubs may be present. This is not considered a fault but a feature of this material, made entirely by hand by skilled artisans in Bengal, India.
